     Occasionally Deerrange Station hosts whats called a Pheasent Tower Shoot. The Shoots are an excellent alternative to shooting clay pidgeons. Hunters get instant action and an opportunity to take home some delicious game birds not common to this area.
     The shoot is comprised of 12 stations encircling the tower at substantial distances. 100 birds are released one or two at a time and allowed to fly in whichever direction they want. After 8 birds are released the hunters rotate to the adjacent station so everybody has an opportunity from each location. Two hunters are allowed to share a station provided only one is shooting for each release. After the shoot, lunch is provided at the lodge and the take is cleaned, dressed and divided equally amoung the hunters. Afternoon hunts are also available for an additional fee.

Range Outfitters has numerous plots and stand areas for your convenience. Tree Climbers are permitted. Stalk hunting is allowed in areas away from established plots. Deer Hunting, Turkey Hunting, Coyote Hunting and Small Game.
